"TAVO STILISTAS" on the website
www.salonasrole.lt/patark.
1.2. The essence of the service – the client provides photos and answers to questions, and the system generates an individual report (in PDF format) with hairstyle and color recommendations based on artificial intelligence (AI) analysis and the content of the book
“If You Want to Change Your Life, Change Your Hairstyle” by Džiuljeta Vėbrė.
1.3. By using the website, the client confirms that they agree with these Terms. The Seller reserves the right to change or supplement the Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Parties and Contact Information2.1. Seller: MB “Comfort and Beauty”, company code 306371200, VAT payer code ……, address: Taikos pr. 32, Kaunas – 50246, Lithuania, e-mail:

2.2. Buyer (client) – a natural or legal person ordering the “Tavo Stilistas” service.
2.3. In these Terms, the words “we”, “our” refer to the Seller, and “you”, “your” – to the client.
3. Ordering and Payment Conditions3.1. The service is ordered online by filling in a form (with questions and photo upload).
3.2. The client must provide correct data: first name, last name, e-mail address, and payment details.
3.3. The agreement is considered concluded from the moment the client makes the payment.
3.4. Payment is made via Stripe, bank transfer, or other means specified in the system.
3.5. Service delivery time – up to 5 business days from the payment date. The report is provided in PDF format to the client’s e-mail.
4. Customer Service4.1. For any questions or comments, the client may contact via e-mail:

4.2. Inquiries are answered as soon as possible, but no later than within 3 business days.
5. Service Quality and Guarantees5.1. The "TAVO STILISTAS" service is a report created on the basis of intellectual recommendations. It is provided for informational and consultative purposes.
5.2. The Seller cannot guarantee that the results will be 100% identical to the real stylistic effect, as they depend on the quality of the photos, the client’s data, and individual circumstances.
5.3. The client acknowledges that the service is a digital product; therefore, the usual right of return does not apply (according to Article 6.22810(2)(3) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania).
5.4. If the report is not delivered due to technical reasons, the client is entitled to a free re-generation or a refund of the paid amount.
6. Personal Data Protection6.1. The client provides their name, e-mail, photos, and answers to questions necessary for the provision of the service.
6.2. Data is used only for analysis, report generation, and delivery.
6.3. Photos and data are not stored longer than necessary – they are deleted after the report is generated, unless the client gives separate consent for storage.
6.4. The Seller ensures that client data will not be transferred to third parties without consent, except in cases required by law.
6.5. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
7. Restrictions and Prohibitions7.1. It is prohibited to upload photos of third parties without their consent.
7.2. It is prohibited to use the service for illegal purposes, including offensive or misleading content.
7.3. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to fulfill the order if the photos do not meet the requirements (e.g., unclear, poor quality, inappropriate).
8. Availability of Information8.1. The Seller makes every effort to ensure smooth system operation, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service (e.g., due to technical issues, server failures).
8.2. The client understands that the provision of the service also depends on third parties (e.g., payment providers, cloud services).
9. Final Provisions9.1. All disputes shall be resolved by negotiation, and if no agreement is reached – in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2. A client who disagrees with the Seller’s response to a complaint has the right to apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (
www.vvtat.lt) or through the ODR platform:
